On July 3, Angel Fire will host a free outdoor concert featuring Revisiting Creedence at the Mountain View Event Center, bringing the timeless music of Creedence Clearwater Revival to life for locals and visitors alike.

Formed by musicians dedicated to celebrating the legendary sound of CCR, Revisiting Creedence delivers an energetic performance that captures the spirit, rhythm, and unmistakable style that made the original band one of rock’s most enduring acts. Audiences can expect an evening filled with iconic hits like Bad Moon Rising, Fortunate Son, and Have You Ever Seen the Rain, performed with authenticity and energy that gets the whole crowd on their feet.

The evening kicks off with Radioblast, setting the tone for a high-energy night of live music under the Angel Fire sky. As the sun sets over the Moreno Valley, Revisiting Creedence takes the stage for the main event—an experience that blends nostalgia, energy, and the unmistakable sound of classic American rock.

Following the concert, the night will conclude with a spectacular drone light show at 9:10 PM, lighting up the mountain valley in celebration of Independence Day and America’s 250th anniversary. Set against the wide-open skies of Angel Fire, it’s a can’t-miss finale to an already incredible night.

With sweeping views, plenty of room to spread out on the lawn, and a welcoming community atmosphere, the Mountain View Event Center provides the perfect backdrop for a summer concert experience. Families, friends, and music lovers of all ages are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and their patriotic spirit for a night of music, celebration, and mountain-town fun.

The day of entertainment begins at 4:00pm with the Los Alamos Community Winds, who have been a staple of the 4th of July and feature many of our area’s best classically trained musicians. Then, we will get the afternoon going with music throughout the afternoon from Radio Blast, starting at 5:00pm. Our headliner, Matchbox Twenty Too, a Matchbox Twenty Tribute band, will take the stage at 7:00pm to bring the house down and get the event attendees dancing and singing to their favorite songs at White Rock. Beginning at 9:00pm, the 4th of July Spectacular will launch the newest attraction of the event, a drone show provided by Sky Elements, followed by a fireworks display. The Los Alamos 4th of July spectacular is produced by Sancre Productions and the Los Alamos County Community Services Department.
